I work with small and medium businesses, established brands, and growing organisations. What matters most is a commitment to quality and long-term growth, not company size.
Who will I actually be working with?
You’ll work directly with me, Matt, the founder of G29DESIGN. I personally handle strategy, design, SEO, and delivery. No account managers, no hand-offs.
How are you different from other web design or SEO agencies?
G29DESIGN is founder-led, strategy-driven, and intentionally selective. I focus on fewer clients, go deeper into each business, and deliver bespoke solutions rather than template-based or production-line work.
Do you outsource or offshore any of the work?
No. All work is completed by me in-house. Nothing is outsourced or offshored, which ensures quality, clarity, and accountability throughout the process.
Can you help if I’ve had a bad experience with a developer or agency?
Yes. Many clients come to me after poor communication, messy builds, or underperforming SEO. I take the time to assess what’s been done, explain things clearly, and guide you forward with a structured, professional approach.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Ongoing support, optimisation, and strategic guidance are available after launch. Many clients continue working together long-term as their business evolves.
